East Asia Skills & Youth Visa Corridor
One Application. Four Countries. Five Years of Freedom.
The EASY Visa Corridor is a five-year, multi-entry visa framework connecting Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan—allowing remote professionals to live and work freely across all four countries for up to 180 days per stay.
Modeled on Thailand's Destination Thailand Visa, this cooperative mobility framework harmonizes long-stay access for skilled remote workers across four advanced Asian economies. Apply once, access four countries—with predictable rules and minimal bureaucracy.
Key Features
- Validity: 5 years, multi-entry
- Stay limit: 180 days per country, per entry
- Requirements: ≥ 600,000 THB (≈ USD 15,000) in savings and proof of remote work
- Work rights: Remote work for foreign employers only—no local employment
- Application: Single digital portal serving all four countries
What It Means
This isn't just a visa—it's a mobility corridor. Live seasonally across Asia. Experience different cultures. Work from anywhere. All without the red tape of multiple visa applications, background checks, or insurance uploads. Just solvency and purpose.
Future Vision
The EASY Visa launches with remote professionals, but the infrastructure is designed to expand. Future iterations will extend to youth mobility (ages 18-30) with part-time work rights, enabling reciprocal flows that address labor shortages and provide young people with international experience, language skills, and cultural fluency.
Why It Matters
This initiative stimulates high-value consumption across four economies, strengthens soft-power ties through people-to-people exchange, and establishes trusted infrastructure for cross-border mobility management. It's cooperation through culture and commerce—not political union. Asia's answer to frictionless regional movement.
